- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup brewed espresso, cooled
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Stir in the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and brewed espresso until well combined.
