  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/4 cup brewed espresso, cooled
  • 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons coffee liqueur (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Stir in the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and brewed espresso until well combined.
  4. Fold in the mascarpone cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
  5. Add chocolate chips and mix gently.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Let the brownies cool before serving. If desired, drizzle with coffee liqueur.
