Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables (carrots, cabbage, mushrooms)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour and salt.
  3. Gradually add water to form a dough, then knead for about 5 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  5. In another bowl, combine the chopped vegetables, soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  6. Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of each dough circle.
  7. Fold and seal the dumplings.
  8. Place the dumplings on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
