  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup hot honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with spices.
  4. In another bowl, whisk eggs.
  5. Dip each chicken piece in flour, then in eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Arrange chicken on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
  8. Drizzle with hot honey and serve.

  • For extra crunch, broil for 2 minutes at the end.
