Spicy Potato Noodles

A delightful dish featuring spicy potato noodles, perfect for quick weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 200 grams noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Peel and julienne the potatoes.
  2. Boil the noodles according to package instructions.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add onions and garlic, and sauté until golden.
  4. Add the julienned potatoes and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  5. Add the cooked noodles, chili powder, soy sauce, green bell pepper, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  6. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until everything is heated through.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.

  • Customize the spice level by adjusting the chili powder.
  • For added protein, include cooked chicken or tofu.
