- 2 large potatoes
- 200 grams noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Peel and julienne the potatoes.
- Boil the noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add onions and garlic, and sauté until golden.
- Add the julienned potatoes and stir-fry for a few minutes.
